    Events by Erin can help you with all of your wedding, party and event needs. I travel throughout Oregon for wedding and events, and I can travel for destination weddings too!

    When we work together to plan your wedding, I enjoy getting to know you as a couple and what your wedding means to you. I love the collaboration with awesome vendors from all over Oregon (and beyond). It makes me feel good to see you chatting with guests, having fun and being silly, smiling for photos, laughing with your friends, and hugging your loved ones. It's a long day, but the challenge of getting a wedding from paper and notes, to real life and real love is an incredible high for me! Everyone loves love.

    Not sure where to start? I’m here to help! Whether it’s a bridal shower, birthday, anniversary, retirement, or any reason to celebrate, I’ll handle the details so you can focus on the fun!
    From creating a custom theme and finding the perfect venue to coordinating entertainment, catering, and decor, I’ll make sure your party is seamless and stress-free. Let’s work together to make it unforgettable!

    Corporate Events

    Whether it’s a corporate gathering, employee celebration, or fundraiser, I’ll tailor the event to your needs and budget. From intimate groups of 50 to large crowds of 500, I’ve got you covered!
    Share your vision, and I’ll handle the details—brainstorming, vendor coordination, working with your team, managing volunteers, and providing hands-on support from setup to cleanup.

    We hired Erin as our wedding coordinator and we could not have been happier! Erin was on top of the ball every step of the way and was eager to jump in to help when we ran into issues with certain vendors. On the day of, Erin was our go-to person for anything we needed and constantly made sure we were taken care of. From last minute hair adjustments, to making sure we both had food amidst all of the craziness, we were able to rely on her for anything! She truly was instrumental in making our day perfect and I can't thank her enough!

    Your Vision

    First, you talk, I listen. I prefer to meet in person, in my base location of Eugene, Oregon. But I also love doing video chats if you’re not close! I’ve done this with many clients. You tell me where you’re at with planning, what’s troubling you, what you need help with, and what you are looking for from me.

    Your Trusted Partner

    After we connect, we decide would be best for your needs and your budget. For weddings, that's one of my packages, but I have other services and add-ons available, too! I'll send over our contract and an invoice, and once we sign, you'll pay a retainer that reserves your date on my calendar. Then we’re ready to roll with whatever you want to work on next!

    Throughout our journey, you can contact me however you want. I can help with making decisions, including finding and communicating with vendors, giving advice, searching and pricing decor, designing printed materials, and creating a timeline of the day to keep everything straight.
