All of my packages include unlimited communication with me, whether it's via email, text, phone call or even carrier pigeon! Ha!
To be honest, this is a HUGE value that not everyone provides. I want to be available to you so you can ask questions like -
- Should I really do a seating chart?
- How do I deal with a stepparent/future-in-law/nosy friend, etc?
- It might rain this weekend! AHH! How do I create a backup plan?
- Should I do a signature cocktail, or just beer and wine?
- Why should I go with floor-length tablecloths?
- Should I buy real candles or fake ones?
- How much food or booze do I order?
- How can I save money when I buy my florals?

Packages
Package #1 - Essential Coordination - $1,000
Perfect for only a few months before your wedding, those looking for day-of coordination and couples on a budget!
Prior to your big day, I am available for any questions, tips, advice and suggestions. Talk to me about anything wedding related! I will collect information from you to create a day-of timeline for everyone involved. This includes information like vendor arrival times, wedding party prep, setup of spaces, a program order for your ceremony, an order of events at your reception, as well as who is completing these tasks and when. This service is one piece that I see many couples miss, and it tends to be extremely important in making your wedding day go smoothly.
On the day of your wedding, I will be at your venue for 6 hours total. I can help with a little bit of setup, including working with your family and friends, check in with your vendors and prep your wedding party to walk down the aisle. I will be there to transition you and your guests into the reception, as well as assisting your vendors with the traditional reception activities. I usually leave during the dancing portion of the evening, but the timeframe can always be adjusted in advance to your needs!
Travel Fee: If your venue is more than 1.5 hours away from Eugene, OR, there is a $50 travel fee added on top of this package, to help me pay for gas and meals.
Package #2 - Premium Coordination - $1,800
This is my most popular package! Great for more assistance with planning, but still under your direction. We work together to plan everything!
This package is a great choice if you have time to communicate with all of your vendors throughout the planning process. I can send you advice, tips and suggestions on booking and working with vendors, as well as tips to make their job a little easier with you! I will create, edit and maintain a day-of timeline for you and all of your vendors, as mentioned in Package #1 above. I will keep you on track as to what needs to be done next to get ready for your wedding, making sure we have things in place long before the week of your wedding, so you don't feel like you're scrambling!
The day before your wedding, I will manage a short rehearsal with you and anyone in the wedding. On the big day, I will be at your venue for 9 hours total. I can help with setup, delegate tasks to your helpers, greet and work with your vendors, help you down the aisle and take care of most of the important stuff at the reception. I will leave the venue before cleanup time, usually in the hands of a good DJ!
Travel Fee: If your venue is more than 1 hour away from Eugene, OR, there is a $100 travel fee added on top of this package. If I need to stay overnight between your rehearsal time and the start of your wedding, or the night of your wedding, an additional $150 per night will be added.
Package #3 - Elite Coordination - $2,500
Ideal for newly engaged couples just starting the planning process, couples who feel overwhelmed by planning, or couples who lack time to plan.
With this package, I'll be taking care of most of the research and planning for you, with your guidance and decision making. We will have frequent check-ins via video chat, phone calls, text and/or in person. I can assist with the theme or style of your wedding, finding and booking all of your vendors, keeping you on track with decisions and tasks, maintaining communication with the vendors you book and way more. Sometimes, I can help with signage or other printed materials. I am happy to recommend my favorite vendors! I will create, edit and maintain a day-of timeline for you and all of your vendors, as stated in the packages above. With this package, I am taking the lead in most of the work and presenting you with ideas and suggestions. I do not sign any contracts or make any payments on behalf of my clients. Instead, once I have established what we need from a vendor, I will pass everything on to you to make it official, then take over again afterward to continue the communication with the vendor, and work out all the details and kinks.
The day before your wedding, I will manage a short rehearsal with you and anyone in the wedding. On the wedding day, I will be on site and coordinating all the things for up to 12 hours. This includes all of the tasks with the Premium Coordination plan, but I will stay later to help clean up the ceremony site (if applicable) and the reception venue.
Travel Fee: If your venue is more than 1 hour away from Eugene, OR, there is a $100 travel fee added on top of this package. If I need to stay overnight between your rehearsal time and the start of your wedding, or the night of your wedding, an additional $150 per night will be added.
Let's Talk Details
All of my packages include the following:
- Unlimited communication, via email, phone, text, video chat and/or in-person meetings
- Advice, tips and suggestions on anything wedding related
- Creation and maintence of the day-of timeline
- Assistance with setup of your ceremony space, any decor you have (signage, welcome table, memorial table, guestbook table, favors, gifts and cards, etc), flowers and centerpieces, food and drink areas (working with your catering team), and reception area (toasts, cake or dessert, party favors, late night snacks, etc)
My contract & payment process
Once we've settled on a package that fits your needs, here's how you pay:
- I'll send you a contract that lists the details of your package. You review and sign. A contract serves both of us!
- Next, you'll get an invoice with the total payment listed. Your first payment is a retainer of $300 that reserves your date on my calendar and pays me for initial work. It is part of the full payment, not in addition to it.
- We establish whether you'd like to make quarterly payments (divided into four equal payments), monthly payments (divided by how many months until your wedding date), or a payment in full (due 4 weeks before the wedding date).
Travel Fees
I have recently updated my travel fees. I was traveling to too many locations without getting fairly compensated for my driving. The IRS standard mileage rate for self-employed individuals is 70 cents per mile, which adds up quickly for out of town weddings! I am trying to keep my clients budget in mind, while also making sure that I get paid adequately.
With my Essential Package of wedding coordinating, I usually have time to travel to and from your wedding venue on the same day as your wedding. If your venue is more than a 1 hour drive from Eugene, I will add an additional $50 to your package price. Please ask if you have any questions regarding this!
For my Premium and Elite Packages, these require me to stay on site for more hours, as well as run a rehearsal the evening before. Because of that, I usually need to stay overnight near your wedding venue. If the location of your wedding is farther than 1 hour away from my home base of Eugene/Springfield, you will be charged $100 for the travel, plus $150 for each night I need to stay in a hotel.
For example, if your wedding venue is in Portland, that's 110 miles from my home base. For the Essential package, this would be a flat $50. For the Premium and Elite packages, with a two night stay in Portland, this would be an additional $400 to your package price.
The actual package cost is for my expertise, planning and on-site work for you. It goes to pay business expenses, assistants, and more. I could add the travel fee to my packages, but at this time, I like to be transparent about them so you know the complexities behind my work. I don't charge these to get more money from you, but to compensate for the wear on my personal vehicle, gas costs, and staying comfortable so I can be at my best for your wedding day. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions about this if you have them!
